Kaloomah prides itself on the production of the highest quality beef.   This comes from the attention we give to cattle breeding, nutrition and careful handling to minimise stress.  As a result meat from our cattle is bright red in colour with white fat and marbling.  We know too from sales to beef outlets that our cattle have produced beef that meets Meat Standards Australia’s eating qualities of tenderness, juiciness and flavour.
